Barbara Jo Jensen

Barbara Jo Jensen, age 68, of Millbury, Ohio, passed away on March 20, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Barbara formerly lived in North Carolina with her partner, Dennis, for 27 years and was employed at Menards, in Oregon, Ohio, before her retirement.

Barbara Jo Jensen was born on September 29, 1955, in Clay Center, Ohio, the daughter of James and Thelma (Markin) Smith.

Left to cherish her memory include her two children, Chris Jensen, and Rachel Shephard; grandchildren, Devin Jensen, and Lily Mae Shephard; mother, Thelma Smith; sister, Cindy (Smith) Kime; long time partner and friend, Dennis Mazur. Proceeding Barbara in death include her father, James Smith, and sister, Linda (Smith) Best.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at Genoa Fire Department Hall, Washington and 6th Street, Genoa Ohio, 43430 from 1:00-6:00pm.
