Barbara A. Henry

Barbara A. Henry “Barb”, 78, of Toledo, OH went to be with the Lord on December 22, 2018. Barb was born on February 1, 1940 to Leo and Lucille (Zulka) Bruzda. She was a faithful catholic and would regularly attend St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. In her free time, Barb enjoyed playing the slot machines and would frequent the Hollywood Casino as well as partake in casino bus trips. Barb also enjoyed spending time with her family and would often want to see a movie, go shopping, and grab lunch on a Sunday afternoon. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Richard L. Henry, who provided unconditional love and support to Barb, not only throughout her entire life, but especially during the last year. He was Barbs number one advocate and his commitment to her exemplified true love. Also surviving are her sons, Mark (Kelly) and Doug Henry; granddaughters Ashley (Erik) Stinson and April Henry; and great grandchildren William and Ethan Stinson. She is preceded in death by her parents and her aunts, Rosemary, Geri, and Esther. A Funeral Mass will be held for Barb at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church on February 1, 2019 at 11:00AM. All family and friends are welcome to attend. Memorial donations may be made to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Barb’s honor.
