Ava May Lemons

Ava May Lemons, passed away on November 3, 2019 surrounded by her family in her home. She was born at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center on August 2, 2019. She loved to share her beautiful smile to the world, and she also enjoyed listening to country music and loved hearing her mom sing to her. Ava was preceded in death by her great-great-grandparents, Buck and Ruth Rogers; great-great-grandmother, Lola Humphrey; grandfather, Roy Gilligan; and uncle, Greg Gaudet. She is survived by her mom, Samantha Lemons; dad, Donald “TJ” Webb; sister, Mia Lemons; grandparents, Belinda and Guy Lemons and Crystal Jones; great-grandparents, Bob and Cheryl Rovnan and Ethan and Rose Rogers; aunts and uncles, Alexandria and Ian Furstenberg, Anthony Lemons, Deanna Lemons, Samantha Smith, and TJ Arrington; as well as numerous cousins, great-aunts and great-uncles, and other family members. A Celebration of Ava’s Life will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at the Ottawa River Yacht Club, 5844 Edgewater Dr, Toledo, from 4-9 PM.  Ava’s family extends a sincere thank you to the staff at Hospice of Northwest Ohio and the NICU staff at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center for their care and love towards Ava.
