Audrey Lynn Pickering-Brooks

Audrey Lynn Pickering- Brooks passed away on Saturday April 30, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born March 17, 1964, to Ivan Pickering and Janice DuFour in Toledo, Ohio. Audrey had an amazing talent for turning anything she found into beautiful art. She loved doing craft projects, making jewelry and cooking. She loved to ride Harleys and frequently went to bike week. Her true passion was spending time with her son and her three beautiful grandchildren. Audrey was a very giving person, who would do anything for the people that she loved. She didn’t have much, but she would give it all just to help her family and friends. Her happy place was Florida where she grew up. She often dreamt of moving back there one day and relaxing on the beach. Audrey will be missed dearly by her son, Michael Little; daughter-in-law, Katie Byers; grandchildren, Kaylynn, Oakley, and Wesley; father, Ivan Pickering; stepmother, Mary Lou Pickering; siblings, Timothy Pickering, Barbara Pickering, Thomas Pickering, Dawn Ahrens, Jeremy Pickering, Daniel Pickering, and Karyn Rich; along with all her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Audrey will always be remembered for her loving, giving, and fighting spirit. May we all find comfort in knowing that as the Angels surround her now, her soul is finally at peace. A Memorial Service will ne held Friday, May 13, 2022, at Good Shepherd of the Deaf Lutheran Church, 5845 Elmer Drive. Toledo, OH 43615. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am followed by the Service at 11:00 am. Flowers may be sent to Good Shepherd of the Deaf Lutheran Church.
