The world lost a great man on July 22, 2020. Arthur C. Nadrasik Jr. was born June 24, 1956 to Arthur Sr. and Gertrude (Mizejewski). He was a wonderful husband to his wife of nearly 41 years, Regina, and an awesome dad to his daughters Sarah and Stephanie, and son-in-law, Daniel (Jagodzinski). He graduated from Macomber High School in 1974, and later attended Owens Community College where he acquired his degree in civil engineering. Art was a lifelong hockey fan, played for the Toledo Traveling team, then later for Macomber. He was an avid Detroit Red Wings fan and hardly ever missed a game. As an adult he picked up golf and could be found coaching Steph and Dan (whether they wanted to be or not) out on the links. Art was known for his great sense of humor and his solid cooking skills. One of his favorite past times during the warmer months was cooking out on the grill for his family. He could be found grilling in the garage during the wintertime and even during a tornado (ask Sarah for that story). Art beat cancer in 2014 and began volunteering at St. Anne’s Hospital to help those that helped him and to give hope to others. He was a great guy and loved by many. I lost a piece of my heart the day you left and until I see you again. See you later. He is survived by his wife, Regina Nadrasik; daughters, Sarah Nadrasik and Stephanie (Daniel) Jagodzinski; his father, Arthur Sr.; sister, Florence (Brent) Yeupell; brothers, F. Eric (Kathi) Nadrasik and Ret. Col. Dennis (Allison) Nadrasik, along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Gertrude Nadrasik; sisters, Frances Nadrasik and Janet Brodbeck (Nadrasik), and his beloved dog, Daisy. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the Toledo Humane Society. Private service will be held at Toledo Memorial Park. “When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure” -Author Unknown
