April R. Hardin

April Hardin, 57, passed away on June 1, 2025, in Perrysburg, Ohio with her loving mother by her side. Born on April 8, 1968, in Toledo, Ohio, she lived a life rooted in warmth and familiarity, surrounded by the people and places she held dear.

April is lovingly remembered by her mother and step-father, Gloria and Joe Strasbourg; her brother, Wally Hardin; her daughter, Elizabeth Moncada and son-in-law, Sam Moncada; her cherished granddaughter, Iva; her step-sister, Christy (John) Fellinger and step-brother, Joey (Jennifer) Strasbourg. She was preceded in death by her loving partner, Don. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Among the simple joys that brought April comfort was sipping coffee while watching episodes of her favorite show, The Golden Girls—a pastime that reflected her appreciation for humor, companionship, and quiet moments of peace.

A memorial service along with a celebration of life will be held at a later date. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
