Annie L. Burt

Annie L Burt, age 87, of Toledo, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2022. She was born April 29, 1935 in Mobile, AL to the late James and Leanna (Chason) Clark. Annie was a 1953 graduate of Murphy High School. She moved to Toledo after she had married her husband, Beryl Burt of 67 years. She was a homemaker and raised her 6 children before working for Barrows Greenhouse. She enjoyed, gardening, sewing, fishing, and camping at Berry Lake in Reading, MI. Annie is survived by her sister, Linda Breward, San Leon TX; children, Jim (Barb) Burt, Darlene (Jerry) Lenning, JoAnne (Tim) Jourdain, Connie (Chris) Mulinix, Tom (Sandy) Burt, and Sharon Fear; 18 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews. Annie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Beryl; brothers, Emory, James, and Richard Clark, and grandson, Jared Fear. The family would like to extend a special thank you to her neighbors, Jean, Don, Amy, Dave and friend, Rob Grajczyk, along with the staff of St. Anne’s hospital.
