Angela K. Taylor

Angela Kay (Calvin) Taylor, age 79, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2026, at the CHP Defiance Inpatient and Hospice Center.

She was born on November 28, 1946, in Wauseon, Ohio, to Burl R. Calvin and Vera M. (Ball) Calvin.

She grew up in Montpelier, Ohio, and was a lifelong resident of Williams County.

She was a member of the Bryan AMVETS Lady Auxiliary #54, Bryan Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #2233, and a member of the Bryan VFW Post 2489.

Angela enjoyed dancing when she was still able to. She loved socializing and making new friends, writing letters and sending cards to her friends, playing bingo, cats, collecting stickers, coloring, reading, and diamond art.

She is survived by her children, David E. Pitts Jr. of Bryan, OH, Julie A. Christian (Ricky Brown) of Pioneer, OH, Crystal M. (Charlie) Tackett of Little Hocking, Ohio, Steven Stuckey (Bekki Larimer) of Montpelier, Ohio; 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her half-sister, Marilyn J. Piper. Per Angela's request, no formal service will be held.
