Andrea K. Mann

Andrea "Kary" Mann, 54, passed away on September 17, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of honesty, humor, and unwavering love.

Born in Toledo, Ohio, on October 5, 1971, Kary began her career in healthcare as an STNA, where her compassion and dedication made a lasting impact. She later transitioned into shipping and receiving, excelling in every role she took on through her strong work ethic and natural ability to master whatever she set her mind to.

Kary was an adventurer at heart. She loved exploring new places, spending time outdoors, kayaking, and fishing. She found joy in gaming, especially Sniper Elite and Left 4 Dead, where no zombie ever stood a chance and solving crime cases. She enjoyed creating many works of art whether it was painting, working with epoxy resin, or clay. Her home was filled with the animals she adored: her cats, Levi and George, and her four year old tortoise, Odis.

Those who knew Kary will remember her caring nature, her honesty, her humor, and her unmistakably unique way of doing things. She brought laughter, light, and authenticity to every room she entered, and the memories she created will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Kary is survived by her daughter, Krystal McGrew, (Thomas Mell); her son, James Tanasy; her bonus son, Bill Everly; her nephew, Richard Mann; dear friends, Mary, James, Ken and her gaming buddy, Bill "Thor", along with many more beloved family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Ann; her stepfather, Jim; and her father, Forrest.

Kary leaves behind a lifetime of memories and moments of joy, strength, and love-that will be cherished forever. She will be deeply missed by her children, her family, her friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
