Amy Rhoades

“Goodbyes are not forever. Goodbyes are not the end. They simply mean Ill miss you until we meet again” Amy Rhoades, age 33 of Toledo, OH passed away February 6, 2012 at St. Vincent Medical Center surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was very family oriented; she always put her family before herself. Her most precious thing in life was her daughter Ayana, and she would have done anything for her. Amy was no only there for her family but also for her many close friends that she adopted as part of her family. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Ayana Rhoades; father, Casey Rhoades; mother, Teresa Rhoades; stepfather, Bill Bergen; sister, Alexis Rhoades; brother, Dustin (Tracy) Rhoades; nieces, Katie, Haley, Ava, and Aaliyah Rhoades; many aunts, uncles, cousins, father of her child Lamont (Crystal) Mitchell, and very close friends. We would like to thank those who helped with donations. The family would also like to specially thank all of the nurses and doctors in the intensive care unit at St. Vincent Medical Center for all the special care they provided to Amy and our family during this difficult time.
