Phyllis “Granny” Blanton, age 74, of Temperance, MI, passed away December 21, 2011. She is survived by her companion, Jim Jurski; son, Terry (Stacey); daughter, Lynn Davis; granddaughter, Kristi (Trafton) Davis; great-granddaughter, Kara Davis; sisters: Shirley Burns, Carol (Jerry) Race and Donna Mead and special friend, Linda Beavers. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Joe T. Blanton and son-in-law, Randy Davis. She enjoyed spending time with her Polka friends and her Billy “Crash” Craddock friends.
